BUSY WEEKEND AHEAD!

Opera at the Ballparkat AT&T Park (8pm - 11pm)
San Francisco Opera and the San Francisco Giants invite you to Opera at the Ballpark, a free, live simulcast of Puccini's "Tosca". Through state-of-the-art technology, the performance will be transmitted in high definition, live from the War Memorial Opera House stage to AT&T Park's 3200-square-foot scoreboard. Baseball fans and opera fans will experience this event with seating both on the field and in the stands.

Bookstock 2009 at AT&T Park (7pm)
A summer celebration of art for the whole family, with partial proceeds benefiting the Giants Community Fund. Join us for an exceptional evening of art, music, entertainment, great food and plenty of children's activities all on the field at AT&T Park.

SF Ethnic Dance Festival at Palace of Fine Arts (see listing for times)
During its rich history, the Festival has celebrated and fostered appreciation for the diverse cultural communities in the Bay Area and Northern California, through an annual performance season of dance styles that have included traditional classical dance, sacred dance genres, vernacular dance forms, social dance and folk dance presentations...

Union Street Festival at Union Street (10am - 6pm)
In its 33rd year, The Union Street Festival is one of San Francisco's largest free annual events. In 2008 we added an eco-zone to the event where we reserved two blocks of the six block Festival for green exhibitors, businesses and educational displays.

Enjoy!
