WINES ON WINE AT THE FIFTH FLOORMaster Sommelier Emily Wines offers a bi-weekly “Wines on Wine” classes at Fifth Floor Restaurant. Guests will learn to get more out of each sip, be it through “Wine 101” or “Wine and Spices from Le Sanctuaire” with classes that are offered in a variety of themes and tasting options, many of which incorporate food pairings such as chocolate, cheese and cured meats.
Wines made history last year by becoming the second woman to pass the rigorous Master Sommelier Diploma Examination and win the prestigious Remi Krug Cup. She is one of only 15 women in the United States to hold the title of Master Sommelier.
